Wayne joined the HK Solutions Group team in 2020 upon the acquisition of his AGRU HDPE liner supply and fabrication business, Turner Lining Company. Along with his business savvy, Wayne brings 45 years of innovative experience in the precast industry to the team. He earned an associate’s degree in business administration from Daytona State College in Florida and began his career working on underground utilities in 1979. In 1995, he helped introduce AGRU HDPE liner fabrication and welding technology to the United States before starting Turner Lining Company in 2009 continuing to specialize in this corrosion-resistant solution.

Backed by Wayne’s extensive expertise, HK Solutions Group created Monoform PLUS™ to provide superior service for municipalities with long-lasting manhole rehabilitation technology able to withstand highly corrosive conditions.

Industry Certifications & Affiliations

As a leader in executing effective underground precast structure lining solutions, Wayne has acquired many credentials throughout his decades-long career. Notably, he is a certified underground utility and building contractor, has completed OSHA confined space training and is an AGRU-certified welding and fabrication instructor with a DVS welding certification for HDPE.

Along with a lifelong dedication to learning his trade, he’s an active member of multiple professional associations. Currently, he sits as president of the Precast Concrete Structures Association of Florida and previously held the president position for the Florida Concrete Pipe Association. He has also served as a board member for the Underground Utility Contractors Association for the Central Florida Chapter and as a committee member of the National Precast Concrete Structures Association.

Well recognized in the industry, he is a sought out speaker on behalf of the Precast Concrete Structures Association and has shared his knowledge in white papers for AGRU America as well as on CNBC’s Inside the Blueprint TV series highlighting Monoform PLUS™ as a cutting edge application for commercial construction.

Day-to-Day at HK

As the business development director for HK’s Turner Lining Company division, Wayne enjoys seeking simplified solutions for municipal and industrial customers and sharing HK’s multitude of industrial service offerings during lunch and learns. Approaching 50 years on the job, he remains passionate about increasing the lifespan of infrastructure systems both in new construction applications and in manhole rehabilitation services such as Monoform PLUS ™.

Outside the Office

While his interests at work lie in underground utilities, outside of work he enjoys anything outdoors, including boating, fishing and a good round of golf.
